(no subject)
Hello! As you've probably noticed, this journal is 'friends-only'. It's not for any sinister reason; rather, it's because I write about my personal life (boring as it is) and so would like to have at least some idea of who's reading my entries.
Most of my entries are about English essays and bridge matches and what I'm up to in my daily life, with occasional posts about series that I enjoy thrown in for good measure. I lurk extensively in several fandoms--due South and The Sentinel are my main interests, fandom-wise (I even write fiction for The Sentinel!), although I dabble in others and still occasionally read Harry Potter fanfiction when the mood takes me, and when I have time (which isn't that often, any more).
Feel free to friend me if you like reading about comic exploits in bridge matches (Roman Keycard Gerber, anyone?) and want to hear about the highs and lows of the life of an English student well-versed in procrastination. Don't expect too many fandom posts, I'm afraid.
You don't have to ask permission to friend me; in any case, I'm almost certain to add you back if you choose to friend me. If you really want to, you can comment on this post, but it's not necessary.
